AI-Native Software Development
BuildingThe development practice the rest of this work came out of.
What it is
Not a repository. A practical AI-native software development workflow, developed and refined through the projects on this page and through client work: reusable skill packs, agent workflows, task-management tooling, and development standards covering planning, implementation, testing, review, and delivery.
It has been applied to both independent products and professional engineering engagements.
Why it has its own page
Because it’s the thread. The tools didn’t arrive first and get a methodology bolted on afterwards — the practice kept running into the same gaps, and the tools are what those gaps turned into.

Product / Delivery
That isn’t one product. It’s the evolution of a development practice visible through actual work — which is the only way I know to show a methodology without writing a manifesto about it.
Current state
Ongoing. It changes every time one of the projects above teaches me something.
